We run three loaded food trailers that hit fairs, festivals, and rodeos across Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, and South Dakota. Our speciality is certified Greater Omaha Hereford brisket. We cooked 35,000 pounds last year and were ramping up in 2026. Same quality youll get at a wedding or competition - just served through the window to blue-collar crowds who know good food when they taste it.
